The Faculty of Industrial Engineering at Iran University of Science and Technology (IUST), in line with the fifth axis of the Research Transformation Document concerning networking and the development of international collaborations, has planned and organized a series of scientific lectures featuring distinguished international professors.

We are pleased to announce that the beta version of the new website of the School of Industrial Engineering was officially unveiled on Saturday, October 17, 2026 (25 Mehr 1405).
 

Through the initiative and follow-up efforts of Dr. Fathian and Dr. Ghousi, a distinguished faculty member of the School of Industrial Engineering, a specialized meeting was held with the University’s Vice President for Finance and Administrative Affairs at the Vice Presidency’s office on Saturday, October 3, 2026 (11 Mehr 1405).

The postdoctoral dissertation seminar of Dr. Seyed Ehsan Shojaei, entitled “Developing Data Envelopment Analysis Models under Conditions of Uncertainty and Ambiguity,” under the supervision of Dr. Sajjadi, will be held virtually on Saturday, September 19, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.

The Research and Development Committee of the Iran Project Management Association (IPMA Iran) is pleased to announce the 8th National Award for Outstanding Research in Project Management.

Through the initiative and follow-up efforts of Dr. Mahdavi, a distinguished faculty member of the School, a productive and constructive meeting was held in the summer of 2026 at the School of Industrial Engineering with Persia Shabakeh Company.

The School of Industrial Engineering is pleased to announce that Dr. Makoui, a distinguished faculty member of the School, has translated the latest United Nations report on Artificial Intelligence.

The Science, Research and Technology Fund has created a significant funding opportunity by transferring the 60% remaining research credit of companies into its own account. These funds are available in cash, currently held by the Fund, and are non-refundable.

The Iran National Science Foundation (INSF), in collaboration with the Islamic Republic of Iran Railways (RAI), has announced a call for proposals entitled “Modeling, Capacity Analysis, Optimization, and Simulation Studies of Railway Corridors Connecting China to Europe via Iran”.
